Refund and Return Policy for Bluehato

At Bluehato, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our refund and return policy ensures that you can easily return products and receive a refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns: You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Gift cards
    • Digital products or downloadable items
    • Products that have been used or installed
  • Return Process: To return an item, please contact our customer service team at info@bluehato.com to request a return authorization. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a condition that is not resellable or has been damaged, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the extent of the damage.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: If you prefer to exchange an item for a different product, we will assist you with the process. You must follow the same return procedure, and once the returned item is received and processed, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional shipping cost.
  • Availability of Exchange Items: If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will notify you, and you may choose an alternative product or request a refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was defective or an error was made by Bluehato. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Initial Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or issue. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. If the product was damaged during shipping, please retain the packaging materials and provide pictures of the damage for claims.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bluehato.com with your order details. We will process the cancellation if the order has not yet been shipped.
